Directions to Minor Procedures

From East Madison, on the US-12, US-14, or US-151:
1. Exit US-151 N.
2. Take exit #263/JOHN NOLEN DR onto JOHN NOLEN DR(CR-MC N) - go 2.0 mi
3.  Turn Left on N SHORE DR(US-151 S) - go 0.3 mi
4.  Continue on PROUDFIT ST(US-151 S) - go 0.3 mi
5.  Continue on REGENT ST - go 0.9 mi
6.  Bear Left on MONROE ST - go 0.4 mi
7.  Arrive at 1920 MONROE ST, MADISON, on the Right

From West Madison, on the US-12, US-14, or US-18:
1. Take exit #258/MIDVALE BLVD/VERONA RD – go N. 0.3 mi
2. Turn Left on S MIDVALE BLVD(US-18 E) - go 0.2 mi
3. Turn Right on NAKOMA RD - go 1.2 mi
4. Bear Right on MONROE ST - go 1.3 mi
